Welcome to Money Manager Pro. By accessing or using our mobile application, web platform, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. The Service

Money Manager Pro is a personal finance management tool that allows you to:

• Track income and expenses across accounts
• Create and monitor budgets and savings goals
• Manage loans, debts, and EMI payments
• Track investment portfolios
• Set up scheduled/recurring transactions
• Generate financial reports and analytics
• Sync data in real-time across devices
• Back up and restore financial data

3. Account & Authentication

You sign in using your Google account via OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Free Tier

The Service offers a free tier with core features including transaction tracking, account management, and basic reporting. Free tier usage may be subject to reasonable limits.

4.2 Premium Subscription

Premium features (cloud sync, unlimited backups, advanced reports, investment tracking, etc.) are available through in-app purchase subscriptions via Google Play or the Apple App Store.

4.3 Billing & Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Manage or cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Refunds are handled by the respective app store according to their policies.
• We do not process payments directly — all transactions go through Google Play or Apple App Store billing.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

• You can export your data at any time through the backup feature.
• You can delete your account and all data at any time.
• We will not access, use, or share your financial data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond providing the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal activity or to facilitate fraud
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

7.1 Not Financial Advice

Money Manager Pro is a financial tracking and management tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any financial decisions you make based on information in the App are your sole responsibility.

7.2 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

7.3 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Money Manager Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though you may request a data export before deletion.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
